Voice thread

I know that this posting is coming to you late and I apologize for my tardiness. I have been very busy, dealing with personal matters thank you for your patience. With that being said, I have to articulate how much I loved Sir Robinson’s two discussions on our educational system. I thought that he had a particularly impressive outlook and some of his contemporary ideas are quite plausible. I have always been an advocate for personal inquiry, which does not necessarily depend on traditional teaching methods. Clearly, he has taken creativity to a completely new level when describing its significance, and functions in an innovative society. I believe in a number of points and none bigger than the fact that he also believes that education has shifted to focus on memorization practices. Furthermore, I thought that the voice thread activity was really cool, and easy to do. I have to say that it was convenient to hear everyone responding to the question rather than reading their answers. This assignment was very creative and could be used in many different situations. The possibility that I would use this in my classroom is exceedingly more probable, than some of the other tools that we have used throughout the early part of this semester. I appreciate the fact that this application has multiple functions organized into a single activity. I thought that the voice thread endeavor was incredibly simple and well designed; this will be an item that I will use to further my classroom activities. As always thank you for your time.
